Yes, the live preview accurately represents the design that will be printed on your chosen product. Please note that minor color variations may occur due to the resolution and color settings of your device, though these differences are typically negligible and often unnoticeable to the human eye.

1.) Time for a close-up! Make sure your pet’s photo is taken in a well-lit area—ideally in natural lighting and without filters.

2.) Take the photo close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This helps us create the best crop of your pet’s face.

3.) Please avoid overhead shots, heavily filtered images, or blurry photos. We’re usually unable to illustrate photos of pets lying down.

If you receive your personalized order and are unhappy for any reason, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

We review every pet photo we receive, and most are perfectly fine. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you to explain the problem and request new photos.

We can quickly and easily reprint a design from a previous order.
